What is the Duration of Access to eBooks licensing?

When accessing materials in Bookshelf Online, students are granted a license for one year. If a student is interested in accessing a book beyond that one-year period, the student should download the desktop application to his or her personal computer.
 
Usage through Bookshelf Desktop provides a perpetual license, but students should access their materials in Bookshelf Desktop within the first year of the license to ensure continuous access.
 
 Note: If a student no longer has access to their eBook in VitalSource Bookshelf, they can access the eBook link through the Schedule and Grades section of the site. By accessing the link, the eBook license will renew for an additional year and will re-appear in Bookshelf.
